46: Adam Rosen: How he moved back to Minnesota and built an innovative talent recruiting company

I met Adam about ten years ago when I returned to Minnesota in 2012.

At that time, he was working in logistics at Target headquarters in Minneapolis and running a Chinese language meetup. Because of our shared interest, we got to know each other and stayed in touch when Adam, in 2015, moved to Seattle to work for Amazon.
