I met Adam about ten years ago when I returned to Minnesota in 2012.
At that time, he was working in logistics at Target headquarters in Minneapolis and running a Chinese language meetup. Because of our shared interest, we got to know each other and stayed in touch when Adam, in 2015, moved to Seattle to work for Amazon.
Fast-forward to post-Covid, I noticed Adam moved back to Minnesota and made the switch from corporate to entreprenuership, so in this interview I asked him about the beginnings of Radar Talent Solutions. www.RadarTalentSolutions.com

Cain Pence is good friend of mine from our days growing up in Mankato, Minnesota.
While I attended Loyola High School in the 1990s, he attended East High School, but I had heard about an up and coming talented debater, who would later shake hands with then President Bill Clinton in 1994 and attend Georgetown University.
Cain went on to gain publicity by visiting every congressional district in America, a feat that would take six years, however family and personal tragedy would ultimate sideline him at a nursing home in Minnetonka, Minnesota.
"I am not a humble person, but I have been humbled," says Cain, upon relection of losing his mother, father, and undergoing health problems after taking Covid-19 vaxinations.
Learn more about his story: Youtube: Cain Pence: Cain is Able.

My good friend Nick graduated ten years after me at Saint John's University and the College of Saint Benedict in central Minnesota.
As a math major, he taught English for several years before moving back to the Twin cities.
That's when I befriended Nick, and we bonded over our interest in China, becoming a digital nomad, and making money online.
Eventually, we both left America again in 2017 for Thailand and later, me to Vietnam; Nick to Taiwan.
Post-Covid, after a few years living and working in the Twin Cities as a data scientist, Nick got married and moved to Spain.
We discuss: how to start your data science career and the ups and downs of living in a new country such as Spain.

Abe Yevato Kim is a Korean-American who grew up in California and attended Ivy League University of Pennsylvania.
He might be best-known as Old Boy in Kyle Le's Youtube videos, show-casing life in Vietnam.
Upon graduation and after not finding much success in media, he resorted to test-prep education and took the model to Vietnam shortly after the Great Recession in 2010.
Adjusting to life in Vietnam has been a roller coaster--cultural differences, language barrier, and competing with other educational institutions were challenging for him.
Despite these obstacles, learn why Abe says Vietnam is one of the best places to live on earth for other minorities such as Asians.
He prefers living in Vietnam to America and won't be returning home anytime soon.
